CHECK-IN:
Due to the requirements of Decree 6.022 of January 22, 2007, to complete your check-in, it is necessary that the main information on the accommodation form be filled out correctly. This information includes: Full name, CPF (passport, in the case of foreigners), identity document, full address, telephone number with area code, and email.
GUARANTEE OF RESERVATIONS:
Reservations will only be confirmed after payment is made by credit card. Reservation confirmation will be sent to the registered email address immediately after transaction confirmation. At hotel check-in, you will be asked to present the card used for the purchase of the accommodation, as well as an official photo ID to verify ownership.
PAYMENT:
We do not accept third-party credit cards.
At check-in at the hotel, you will be asked to present the card used to pay for the reservation.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Elo, and American Express cards. We do not accept checks.
NO SHOW:
In case of a no-show (failure to appear without cancellation), a penalty equal to the total value of the reservation will be charged. See cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations made at the REFUNDABLE RATE may be cancelled up to 15 days before check-in, subject to a 20% penalty*, or the amount paid may be used for accommodation on another date (subject to availability and conditions of the credit note sent by the reservations center). For cancellations made after this period, the penalty will be the total value of the reservation. Reservations made at the NON-REFUNDABLE RATE do not allow changes or cancellations. In case of cancellation, the penalty will be the total value of the reservation (no refund). For peak season periods, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, congresses, events and holidays, the prepaid amount will only be refunded for cancellation requests in writing from the client and with the hotel's agreement, respecting the following conditions: For cancellations up to 45 days before check-in (except non-refundable rates), a 20% penalty* will be charged on the total value. After this period, the penalty will be the total value of the reservation (no refund). A 20% fee will be charged for cancellations made by credit card, regardless of the cancellation deadline.
POLICY FOR ACCOMMODATING MINORS:
Kembali Hotel only allows guests who are 18 years of age or older.
Regarding the use of cigarettes in the apartments and on the hotel premises:
We are committed to ensuring an odor-free environment throughout the hotel. Therefore, smoking is not permitted in the rooms or enclosed areas of the hotel. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine, which will be used for anti-smoking cleaning.
Out of respect for all guests, and because this is a shared space, we also do not allow the use of cigarettes, including electronic cigarettes, in the hotel's common areas.
There is no relationship between the hotel and 123 Milhas.
We would like to inform you that 123 Milhas has been offering and making available, on its advertising platforms, packages related to hotel reservations at the KEMBALI HOTEL. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO BUSINESS, CONTRACTUAL, OR COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE KEMBALI HOTEL AND 123 MILHAS. In other words, there is no guarantee that the accommodation reserved through this platform will be available to the guest, since THE KEMBALI HOTEL DOES NOT MAKE ITS ACCOMMODATIONS AVAILABLE TO 123 MILHAS FOR RESERVATIONS. Therefore, reservations made through this platform are invalid and will not be honored by the Kembali Hotel.
